I'm terrified of bees. But I don't want them to die.
To help restore the declining bee population, we created a business that serves as both a natural
habitat for pollinators, and a natural habitat for people, too.

Oh yeah, and it runs itself.

Allow us to introduce The Tea Hive: the world's first and only self-sustaining shop, hive and garden, all in one.

Come on in and take a look.

In the making

(I ordered these as a surprise for my AD. From Vistaprint. Please don't judge the utter lack of any design whatsoever.)

TASTE TEST

We developed the recipes for each menu item based on extensive research into horticulture, bees, and tea making. Every tea is made from plants and produce that a) help sustain pollinators and b) don't taste like shit when steeped in hot water. The final product was pretty awesome, if we say so ourselves. But don't just take our word for it. Try two of them at home for yourself:

Vitality (makes 1 cup)

1. Steep petals from 1 rose, 5-7 raspberries, and 3-5
sprigs
of rosemary in boiling water for 3 minutes.
2. Strain.
3. Serve hot

Frolick (makes 1 cup)

1. Steep petals from 1 dandelion, 2-3 chopped
strawberries, and 3-5 mint leaves in boiling water.
2. Allow to cool.

3. Strain.
4. Serve chilled.
